An ordained lay pastor working in media as outreach since 1994, Kyle started with a creative arts ministry while still in college. For the next decade, he developed and led teams that connected with 5,000 pastors to provide media campaigns as a way for local churches to bring the gospel into secular TV programming.
In 2003, he transferred this experience into church outreach for the Passion of the Christ theatrical release and 10 theatrical movie releases over the next decade.
In 2014, Kyle and a high school friend developed Catalyst Resource & Missions Groups to better connect Christian movie projects and missions ministries with local churches. January 2014, those conversations turned into what was to become Catalyst Resource & Missions Groups.
In 2020, Catalyst added the livestream company, sermon.net, and also became a distribution and producing partner for the Eyewitness Bible Series. Kyle has been married for 28 years to his high school sweetheart, is father to 4 adult children and grandfather to 2.
