Les Smith has been an ordained minister for 25 years. In the early years he was a small group leader and led a college ministry. He also spent time ministering as an equipping evangelist.
For almost 15 years he was an Associate Pastor at a church that he helped start. Since 2016, he has found his calling, serving as a full-time missionary with e3 Partners ministry–equipping local churches and believers to share the Good News message, and leading teams internationally to share that message, reach the unreached, and start churches.
e3 Partners exists to Equip the body of Christ to Evangelize the world and Establish healthy churches.
Les is married, has three young-adult children, and lives in West Texas.
